Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

• Provider: NEXTPLUS ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş.
• Buyer / User / Member: The natural person who purchases services through the application.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale of services offered electronically through “Next Plus Health”, the mobile application of NEXTPLUS, such as health services, subscriptions, consultancy, reports and digital content, together with the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Definition and Features of the Service

The type, content, duration, requirements and technical conditions of the service are specified in the application.

4. Price and Payment

The service fee, the total price including taxes and the payment methods are clearly displayed.

5. Delivery / Performance

For digital services, delivery is deemed to have taken place when the user is given access.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the statutory right of withdrawal. If use of digital content has begun, the right of withdrawal may be limited.

7. Returns and Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, the refund procedure, time limits and methods are clearly specified.

8. Liability and Warranty

The service is provided “as is”. NEXTPLUS is not liable for technical failures or for problems arising from the user’s equipment or from updates.

9. Protection of Personal Data

The parties act in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Data processing activities are described in the privacy policy.

10. Force Majeure

Obligations may be suspended in cases such as natural disasters, infrastructure failures or strikes.

11. Termination

The Buyer may cancel their subscription. NEXTPLUS may terminate the service in the event of a breach.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

13. Notices and Service

The Buyer accepts their email address as their address for notices.

14. Other Provisions

The preliminary information form is provided within the application. The Agreement enters into force when it is accepted within the application.
